Application Process

Thank you for your interest in Covenant Classical School. The most important factor in a school’s success is the quality of its personnel. We are seeking teachers with a deep commitment to Christ, a love for children, a passion to learn, a gift to teach, and dedication to the classical model of education. Please read our teacher job description for more information.

Step 1: Send Resume

For a preliminary review of your qualifications, we ask that you first send a resume, cover letter, and testimony of faith to Dr. Tom Stoner at [email protected].

Step 2: Submit Application

At this point, we may request that you complete a Covenant Teacher Application, which will be sent to you via email.

Step 3: Interview

Selected applicants will be contacted for an interview.

Step 4: Teaching Demonstration

At this stage, applicants will be invited to give a brief 30-45 minute teaching demonstration. Content and materials will be provided in advance.

Step 5: Reference Check

Covenant conducts reference checks and requires a background check.

Step 6: Notification

After the background check is complete, Covenant may then extend an offer of employment.
