Board of Trustees


Kelley Burke is a member of the Enterprise and Partner Group of Microsoft's Midwest District.  She is responsible for Microsoft’s Cloud Productivity business for large Financial Services customers in the Midwest.  In this role, Kelley focuses on the sale and adoption of cloud technologies, social enterprise solutions and collaboration.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University, with a minor in German.

Kelley, her husband and three children live in Naperville and attend Calvary Church.

Dr. Loren Davis is a local chiropractor and business owner of the Chicago Spine Institute, serving the Lockport and Naperville communities. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Buffalo and a Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine from the National College of Chiropratic.  Dr. Davis brings more than 14 years of experience in his profession and is recognized for his skill in rehabilitative techniques.  He and his family reside in Bolingbrook and attend the Compass Church in Naperville. Contact  Loren Davis. Mr. Haidle is the Vice President for Monroe Transportation Service, Inc., a trucking company in Addison, IL.  Mr. Haidle is responsible for day-to-day operations as well as strategic planning and organizational development.  Prior to his current position, Mr. Haidle worked as a consultant in the transportation industry, developing software applications and processes.  He holds a Bachelor of Science from Western Illinois University and a Master in Supply Chain Management from Elmhurst College.  Mr. Haidle and his family attend the Compass Church in Naperville. Contact David Haidle.


Mr. Smith is a director and the area human resources leader for Ernst & Young’s Midwest region. In this capacity he oversees the enterprise human resource function and is responsible for the development and deployment of strategic human resources initiatives for more than 3,800 employees.  Prior to transferring to Chicago in 2005, Mr. Smith spent three years with Ernst & Young’s Strategy and Operations Group where he managed both strategy development and resource management.  Mr. Smith received his bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia.  He attends Calvary Church in Naperville.  Contact  Warren Smith. 


Michael Tams is a Vice President with Schaumburg Bank and Trust, N.A. (a Wintrust Community Bank) where he oversees the underwriting of small business, commercial real estate, and middle market corporate loans. A graduate of North Central College, where he studied business management, his work background includes fourteen years of experience in financial services and commercial banking. In addition, Mike has worked in the non-profit sector and is an elected township official, currently serving on the Board of Lisle Township. Mr. Tams attends Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Dr. Vessey is an associate professor in the department of psychology at Wheaton College.  He received his Master of Science in statistics and his Ph.D. in psychology from Northwestern University.  His expertise is in the areas of statistics, experimental design, psychometrics, and program evaluation.  Dr. Vessey is currently the evaluator for several abstinence projects, including CareNet in DuPage County.  He has prior board experience, including service as treasurer on two church boards.  Dr. Vessey attends Wheaton Agape Fellowship Church.  Contact John Vessey.
