Employment Application Process

Thank you for your interest in Covenant Classical School. The most important factor in a school's success is the quality of its personnel. We are seeking teachers with a deep commitment to Christ, a love for children, a passion to learn, a gift to teach, and dedication to the classical model of education. Please read our teacher job description for more information. We welcome applications from qualified candidates. Step 1: Send Resume
For a preliminary review of your qualifications, we ask that you first send a resume. Please send your resume to Covenant Classical School, Sharon Weldy, 1852 West 95th Street, Naperville, IL 60564 or sweldy@covenantclassicalschool.org.

Step 2: Submit Application
At this point we may request that you complete a Covenant Teacher Application. If so, please print and complete this application. Send the materials to the above address.

Step 3: Interview
Selected applicants will be contacted for an interview.

Step 4: Reference Check
Covenant conducts reference checks and requires a background check.  

Step 5: Notification
After the background check is complete, Covenant may then extend an offer of employment. 

Covenant Classical School offers a competitive compensation package for full-time teaching faculty including a salary competitive with the local Christian schools, health insurance for the employee, tuition reduction, book allowance, and a classroom budget.
